Lauriane de Paoli

Lauriane creates projects that bring together her two greatest passions: food & design.
Through the Wine, Food & Cinema project, she helps entrepreneurs launch or revamp their Horeca establishments. At the same time, she coordinates the Executive Master Food Design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels, a program that takes a cross-disciplinary look at food, dining, and the food industry. A true multitasker, Lauriane thrives on juggling multiple roles with enthusiasm. What she loves most about her work is how every day is different and how much she learns from others along the way.
Why Palazzo? For its creative yet peaceful atmosphere, perfect for working, meeting clients, and connecting with an inspiring community. Lauriane first arrived while working for Le Fooding, but she quickly felt at home and decided to make Palazzo her base for other freelance projects.
Her favorite ritual? Starting the morning with a coffee and some fruit, then letting herself be carried by whatever energy Palazzo has to offer that day.
