Christine, Elisabeth, Manon & Lauriane for Le Fooding

Le Fooding is more than just a guidebook and magazine; it’s a dinner table where the world of food mingles with everyone else. Since its inception in 2000, Le Fooding has traversed France and beyond in search of the trendiest hotspots that define contemporary taste. Now, Fooding’s latest venture leads it to Belgium, hence their new headquarters at Palazzo.

Enter Christine, the dynamic force behind Le Fooding, also known as the deputy general manager. With unwavering determination, she drives the Guide and its various online and print projects, overseeing artistic direction, editorial content, and event production in both France and Belgium. Christine’s not-so-secret passion? Beans and vongole.

Elisabeth, the editor-in-chief is a seasoned journalist who has lent her pen to magazines, contributed to the Salade Tout podcast, and pioneered Mordant, a fearless food and society newsletter. Fueled by an insatiable appetite for exploration, she dissects not only the contents of plates but also the act of eating itself.

Lauriane serves as an agent de liaison, connecting people and ideas in the culinary world. With a background in fashion, project management, and entrepreneurship, she aims to contribute positively to her community and make meaningful connections through work.

Last but not least, meet Manon, the newly appointed editorial coordinator. Brussels-based, she’s devoted to cooking, bread, beaches and canines.
